Compliance Evaluation Audit Visit for Bachelor of Biotechnology (Hons) programme

On 24th June, we had the pleasure of hosting the compliance evaluation team for a guided tour of our library facilities for the School of Biosciences, Bachelor of Biotechnology (Hons) programme. Led by one of our librarian, Nik Nurul Asyikin, the visit highlighted the specialised resources, cutting-edge services, and dedicated study spaces available to support our students and faculty.

Library Tour and Facilities Visit: Lambung Mangkurat University

The Library was delighted to host a library tour and facilities visit for delegates from Lambung Mangkurat University on 15 May 2026 at 4.00 p.m. During the visit, the Librarian, Ms. Arni Sarnira Alwi, guided the guests through our various learning spaces and facilities, while fostering knowledge-sharing on the library resources and services that empower teaching, learning, and research.

On 21 May 2026, the Liaison Librarians hosted a briefing and tour for 47 students and two staff at the library, introducing them to our facilities, services, and resources.

 

Facilities Visit by Staff from Bina Nusantara University (BINUS)

On 14 May 2026 at 10.50 a.m., the Library had the pleasure of welcoming staff from Bina Nusantara University (BINUS) for a library tour and facilities visit session. The session was conducted by the Librarian, Ms. Arni Sarnira Alwi, who introduced the delegates to the library facilities and learning spaces, while also sharing brief information on the library services and resources that support teaching, learning, and research activities.

Accreditation Visit for Bachelor of Actuarial Studies (Honours)

The Full Accreditation visit for the Bachelor of Actuarial Studies (Honours) programme was conducted on 30 April 2026 at 12.45 p.m. The session began with a warm welcome by the librarian, Arni Sarnira Alwi, who also led the library tour for the visiting auditors. During the visit, the auditors were introduced to the library’s background, facilities, services, and the wide range of resources available in supporting teaching and learning activities for students enrolled in the programme.

Visit from Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA)

On 29 April 2026, the Library welcomed a visit from Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). The visitors were briefed on the Library’s services, facilities, and initiatives, and were subsequently brought on a guided tour of the Library by Ms. Fauziatul Alma. The session provided an opportunity to showcase the Library’s resources and engagement efforts.

Accreditation Visit for Doctor of Philosophy in Business

The MQA accreditation visit for the Doctor of Philosophy in Business programme took place on 21 April 2026 at 2.00 p.m. at the library. During the visit, the auditor was briefed by the Senior Librarian, Ms. Sharifah Aqeela, with a focus on the library resources supporting the programme. The briefing also covered the services and facilities available to enhance teaching and learning for students in the Doctor of Philosophy in Business programme.
