On 23 July 2026, Taylor's Library had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation of 15 staff members from Perpustakaan Tun Abdul Razak, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) for a benchmarking visit held from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. The visit commenced with a warm welcoming address by Ms. Leenawati, Head Librarian of Taylor's Library, who shared an overview of the Library's vision, strategic initiatives, and commitment to delivering innovative, user-centred services. The programme continued with a comprehensive library briefing and guided tour, facilitated by six librarians, who introduced the delegation to the Library's facilities, services, digital initiatives, learning spaces, and best practices. The visit provided a valuable platform for professional knowledge sharing, networking, and the exchange of ideas, further strengthening collaboration between both institutions.
