Taylor's Library proudly welcomed a delegation from Perpustakaan Ibnu Sina, Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Dato' Razali Ismail (IPGKDRI) for a Benchmarking Visit, held on 24 July 2026 (Friday) from 9.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. The delegation comprised 39 students and 3 staff members.

The programme commenced with a warm welcome and an inspiring presentation by Ms. Leenawati, Head Librarian, at Lecture Theatre 21 (LT21), where she shared Taylor's Library's strategic innovative services, and transformative initiatives that empower teaching, learning, research, and the overall student experience. Participants were then taken on a library tour and comprehensive briefing led by the Taylor’s Library's librarians, showcasing the Library's dynamic learning environments, user-centred services, digital transformation initiatives, research support, and the integration of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, in enhancing library service delivery.

More than a benchmarking exercise, the visit served as a valuable platform for professional networking, the exchange of best practices, and the exploration of forward-thinking approaches to academic librarianship.
