Taylor’s Library was pleased to host a benchmarking visit from the libraries of the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) on 2 December 2025. The visit aimed to promote knowledge sharing, facilitate the exchange of best practices, and provide insights into innovative library services, learning spaces, digital tools, and user engagement strategies that support student-centred learning.

All the 34 delegates was formally welcomed with an opening address by the Head Librarian of Taylor’s Library, Ms. Leenawati Razali. This was followed by a briefing session and a guided library tour by the Taylor's Library Librarians, during which the delegates had the opportunity to experience firsthand the facilities, services, and learning environments available at Taylor’s Library.
